J'onn J'onzz's Kid Brother. with John Jones. Manhunter from Mars

J’onn J'onzz rebuilds the machine that Dr. Erdel invented (shown in cameo) that had caused him to accidentally bring J.J. to Earth, however instead of returning J’onn to Mars it brings his younger brother T’omm J’onzz to Earth.

Unfortunately the machine only has one charge so it can only be used once. We also get to see Mom & Dad J’onzz.

Of course in with typical Silver-Age “logic” it can’t be recharged or rebuild or anything.
